Hockey Coaches – 200×85 Hockey Europe

Responsibilities

As a Team Builder, you will:

• Recruit and assemble a roster of approximately 17 players for the Europe Experience.
• Serve as the team’s head coach throughout the tour.
• Communicate regularly with players and families before departure.
• Direct participants to my.200×85.com to complete registration.
• Refer tour-related questions to the 200×85 staff.
• Participate in all scheduled team activities, including:
  • Hockey games
  • Team events
  • Tours and cultural excursions
• Meet roster deadlines:
  • February for Summer tours
  • December for Spring tours

• Assistance answering prospective families’ questions
• Marketing and administrative support throughout the recruitment process

Expectations

To ensure every team has the best possible experience:

• Team Builders are expected to maintain consistent communication with both families and 200×85 staff.
• Active recruiting efforts should continue until the roster is full.
• If recruitment efforts stall, communication ceases, or roster progress is insufficient, 200×85 reserves the right to appoint a new Team Builder to ensure the team’s success.
