About the Opportunity

We are seeking hardworking, reliable Construction Labourers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks on construction sites.
• Assist carpenters, tradespeople, and site supervisors as needed.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, basic power tools, and site machinery (if trained).
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including demolition, sweeping, and debris removal.
• Set up and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding or barricades.
• Follow site safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the overall progress and cleanliness of the worksite.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labour experience an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (preferred).
• Safety certifications such as WHMIS, CSTS, First Aid; Confined Space; Fall Protection; Skid Steer; Telehandler; Forklift (asset but not required).
