Creative Employment Agency offers a recruitment sourcing of candidates based on your needs. We have an extensive database of construction workers. For this service we will source up to 25, 50, 100 candidates within a 30 day period. Prices will be on the “SHOP PAGE”
We also offer a Professional Recruitment Option with a retainer and balance in 3 months. The retainer is paid upfront and is 50% of the $10,000 recruitment fee for any professional candidate competition.
We offer the sourced candidates that have expressed interest and availability of the job is the right match for them.
What the Employer offers is a wage and job offer to the potential candidate. All Human Resources requirements are left to the Employer to confirm with the candidate.
What we require from the Employer to match the right candidate:
